I’m Aaron O’Neal, and Performance Concrete Coatings is me — not a rotating crew of subcontractors. When you call, you talk to the person who will grind your slab, mix your coating, and stand behind the work when it’s done. I walk every customer through the process up front so there are no surprises, and I don’t leave until the floor is right.

The job I do most. I grind the slab down to clean concrete, patch what needs patching, and lay a coating that shrugs off hot tires, road salt, and dropped tools for years.

Turn a stained, chalky patio into a surface you actually want to stand on. Textured, UV-stable coatings that hold their color through Kansas summers and freeze-thaw winters.

Cracks, pitting, and spalling get repaired before any coating goes down. Prefer bare concrete? I can grind and polish the slab to a smooth, low-sheen finish instead.
